First off. I have owned every Redmi Note since model 6. Waited patiently for the 10 pro. Ordered two since my GF also has a note 9 pro. Soon as I swapped Sim card cricket flagged phone as incompatible with HD voice. Two hours on phone and no resolution. Then decided to change providers. Called liberally every major and minor company in the USA. As soon as they enter the imei it is declined. Also went to many websites to check compatibility.
